Ello, I'm new.
I'll give a little background history.
I've kissed quite a few boys in my day. And I never really got it. What is so great about kissing?
I mean, it wasn't horrible, it was just like anything else though. If you've seen But I'm a Cheerleader..., it was strikingly similar to the beginning when she's making out with her boyfriend. I got as much excitement from kissing as I got from breathing. About two years ago, I figured something was up. It was about that time that I got a crush on a girl. And BAM, that was it. Kissing is better when there is some sexual attraction involved.
So I didn't really know what to do. By some freaky coincidence, almost all of my friends were gay or bisexual, and not only this, but the only gays and bisexuals at my school were my close friends. So I was screwed. I tried kissing/dating some of my friends, but it was just awkward. It was as exciting as kissing boys. So just a few weeks ago, I got really involved in this group for glbtq activism and support. I went to the first meeting, and there she was. Oh man. This girl was amazing. She came right up to me and said, "just to let you know, you're reeeeally cute". I just squeaked.
So we got to talking, and then flirting, and then I told her I'd call her.
I had my first date with her. We hung around and spent a good 7 hours together. We watched Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead with her sister, and her sister up and left because she was tired. So the movie ended, and she turned to me. I felt like I was in 6th grade again and I just froze. And then she just leaned in and kissed me. And I swear to god, there were fireworks. It is amazing how wonderful kissing is when you want to be there. It just seemed like a task before, but wow. Girls know how to kiss. My favorite is the really hard, urgent kisses. Passionate kisses, I guess. But it's wonderful, when you feel right and glowing and full of this wonderful warmth and you know what to do and you're just.. connected.
Mmmmm. Thank you for putting up with me.
