Absolut Opposes "Labeling" Of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Minorities With Their Vodka No [16 Aug 2010|03:52pm]

tipsykitten
Absolut Vodka is introducing limited edition naked bottles that do not feature the Absolut label or logo to mark the launch of its latest campaign In An ABSOLUT World There Are No Labels, an initiative which challenges prejudice against LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender) minorities.

Absolut wants to challenge labels and prejudice to make the world more diverse, vibrant and respectful. You will only find a discreet and easily removed sticker with the campaign manifesto on the bottle. This will encourage you to discard your labels and look beyond the obvious...

A tad randy, but nothing to bad. [25 Apr 2008|11:14pm]

Well, I am a very physical person (cuddling, kissing) that sort of thing, and so is my boyfriend. But he has a problem. Whenever we are standing up and he's holding me or we're kissing and my body is against his. He seems to get, well...a little to "happy" if ya know what I mean.

Personally, I could care less but he's really embarrases about it. So it's put a restriction on what we can do. He likes it when I'm laying on top of him, and he likes holding me close to him. But he doesn't anymore becasue of what happens.

Is there something I can do to help him not be embarrased by this happening to him? Or do I just control what I do when we're getting physical with each other?

If this has happened to you before, I'd like to know. Is this even normal?

I was sitting around, bored, and thought... Huh, what better to do than poke around communities about kissing 'cause, I'd rather be doing that right now!

My kissing history is a little spotty, and perhaps unusual. I had my first kiss the first time I got drunk, I was pushed into a corner in a foreign country I was living in at the time by a guy much bigger than me whom I could not talk to 'cause I didn't speak Spanish. It made me cry, I pretty much swore off kissing... That was six years ago when I was sixteen.

Fast-forward to now, I'm twenty-two and I'm effing addicted to kissing, I LOVE IT!!! I pretty much get off on it. Forget the sex part... Or... Maybe not. But yeah, I do love kissing.

Ummmm, I can't say I've had any kiss more memorable than any other kiss. There's one guy I really enjoy kissing.
And maybe it sounds odd but my favorite place to kiss is in my car. I dunno why... It takes effort to get comfortable and all that... It's just, intense.

-Carrie.

I've been with the same guy for almost 9 months now. We're engaged. This is the longest relationship I've had since I was abused...And after all this time, his kisses still make me weak in the knees and breathless.

favorite place to kiss? [17 Nov 2005|06:49pm]

wfcantabulous
I don't know if this question has been asked before seeing as how i'm new to the group...

Where's your favorite place to kiss?

Mine's in the parking lot of the baseball field by my house, in the pouring rain, with the headlights of the car shining on us

The name's caitlin, i'm 17 and have been kissed many, many times. I love it. The best kiss is a kiss on the cheek or forehead... something to show that the guy truely cares about you, after that any kiss will be fine for me.
Kissing in the rain is probably my favorite thing to do.

my first real kiss: i was in 5th grade. my "boyfriend" and i were at this youth center type area and we made out in the dance studio.

Hey everyone. I'm new here. I'm 18 years old and a freshman in college. I just had my first kiss ever in August and I recently met this guy, who's a senior and he'll be 22 at the end of this year. We've been getting along great the past 5-6 weeks or so and this past week we've 'hung out' a few times, and kissed. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions as for tips for kissing somebody??

hey everyone. i'm new here.
i'm 16 years old and i've never kissed a boy before...although there have been rumors that i'm this excellent kisser and stuff...even though i've never done anything before.
although i will admit i've never confronted these rumors or tried to stop them because it sounds good.
haha.
ummm
anyways, there is this guy i really like and i think he actually likes me back. and i only really get to see him over the summer b/c we go to this camp together for several weeks so we get to spend a lot of time together. last year he was with this gorgeous girl. i felt so jealous. but i think he likes me now b/c he just like has been saying things like:
"liz (thats my name) i miss you sooo much. when i get to camp, the first thing i wanna do is hug you"
and
"yeah i really hope i get together with someone this summer. maybe you and i will..."

so it just seems kinda obvious unless im missing something.
oooh but he is soooooooooo hot and no one that i've liked has ever really liked me.

so i've decided im just gonna go for it and maybe tell him how i feel and stuff...

but if anything does happen chances are we are going to kiss...and since i've never kissed anyone before this makes me nervous. what if i can't kiss??? ahhhhh the thought of it is scary.
i just want my first kiss to be good and memorable.

any tips on kissing? is there any way to practice? although...that might be a dumb question....but i want to like have a nice kiss.

i've even been thinking about just spontaneously kissing him. how would i go about doing that?
and what if i get nervous? is there a good way to tell him how i feel...and if that works out when should i kiss him??
ahhhhhhh
im kinda dumb about this topic...and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
thanks so much

Lesse.....me and my boyfriend, alex, had a funny moment today:

basically, we've been dating for seven months with a few break ups here and there. we haven't kissed until last thursday. i was feeling sad, small kiss on the mouth, happy happy joy joy. So i hang out with him the next monday and we make out while watching Indiana Jones (the greatest movies ever). I hang w/ him all week 'cept tuesday. So today is friday, last day of school, and he has to leave in the afternoon. So we're hanging out, making out, and he stops and says, "Is there anything we haven't done yet? It's kinda the same [kissing style] thing..." I agreed and then begged him to let me call my good freind Marley for tips on kissing.

So I'm on teh phone, and she actually searches on google for styles such as...

vacuum kissing: you suck the air out of your partner's mouth
pass-kissing: drinking or chewing gum during kissing.
etc.etc.
Alex is kinda shaking his head and trying hard not to laugh.
So we try a bunch of ways, our own creations, and we had fun.

What's your favorite way or style of kissing/making out?
Mine:
-Necking(a term for making out, but when i say necking i mean on the neck..)
-Blindfolded (Not direct kissing. But i was blindfolded in my room while i tried to find alex. It was fun, we ended up kissing a lot.)
-Up against a wall (has to be spontenaous. has to be. its' kick ass that way.)

stupid question? [15 Jun 2005|02:04am]

Hello, I'm Amanda, I'm new.
I have a question...I'm 18 and have never kissed anyone *blush*. I had the opportunity to a few months ago but I didn't because I was scared so I wouldn't look at him when he stood close to me (and sadly I think he thought I wasn't interested and then things sort of died away) and have been wondering, have any of you ever kissed someone with an overbite? I have one, my lower lip lines up with my top teeth, and my top lip (which is a bit on the thin side) rests above that (doesn't touch the bottom lip unless I move it so it does; my mouth doesn't naturally close because of this, and my front teeth are always exposed a bit). I was afraid that it would get in the way or make me unable to kiss or something, since I've heard that teeth in the way is a bad thing...*feels stupid*...does anyone know if it would make a difference or not? This makes me so self-conscious in potential kissing situations and any advice or reassurance would be wonderful. Thanks a lot!

Howdy! I'm HANNAH, and i've always loved kissing. no matter the gender, no matter who, i've always thought one kiss is the sweetest thing in the world. forget sex or hand holding or groping or staring dreamily into each other's eyes, kissing is the shit.

though to be honest, i don't do much kissing myself. i get too mnay butterflies. actually, can someone help me with that? i get creepy butterflies...its' annoying. maybe its' because i don't like the guy enough to kiss him. hmmm...lesse:

first kiss, truth or dare. nothing special. more kissing in games was to follow.

first real kiss: ok, so it was me and this guy james. in church(unitarian). after sex ed class.(wow.) so i say, "hey, can i talk to you?" i planned to kiss him, but i was a little scared. he nods, we go into this room, and suddenly he grabs me around the waist and just kisses me. naw, didn't see that coming. se we finish and everyone's like, "OMFG what happened, where did you guys go?"

still didn't like that kiss though. he was just WAY to, like, horny to put it so politely.

so...anyone else get butterfiles when kissing?

a kissing issue [28 May 2005|09:34pm]

[ mood | frustrated ]

This is a half intro post and half plea for help. Hi, I just joined this community, and I love kissing... there's so many ways to do it, places to do it, and just...when I'm not in a relationship, it's probably the part I miss the most. I have *cravings* for kisses. And so, here I am. ^_^

Anyway, on to the plea: I just recently got into a new relationship. But...my boyfriend doesn't like to kiss. I would be like "*whine* Why aren't you kissy?" "Because I don't like kissing that much.." OOF this is something that bothers me a lot. (That's why I'm here as well.)

Now, I've also noticed that he doesn't really open his mouth all the way to talk (or kiss) - he keeps the corners of his mouth pretty 'closed'. I.e. if he went to the doctor's and had to say "AHH"...I don't even know how he would do it! Ack!

The thing is... I know this is going to bother me a lot (the fact that he's not "kissy"). Does anyone have any ideas of how I can *get* him to be kissy? (It's to the point where he'd rather hug me than kiss me good night.) Or am I just a crazy girl who needs to obsess less about kissing in a relationship?

Since I'm new, I'll fill this out.
+ Is there a Celeb that you would love to kiss? Who is it, and why?
+ Is there a kiss from a book that you can't seem to forget? I read this book called Second Helpings, that they're kiss/sex scene made me insane.
+ Is there a song that triggers a kissing memory? Friday I'm in Love by the Cure.
+ What songs do you like to kiss to? I've never really kissed to any songs.
+ Do you have a favorite song about kissing? Dashboard Confessional- Hands Down (acoustic)
+ What was your expierence with your first kiss? It was a whirlwind of crazy emotions and fear. It was scary, he wasn't my boyfriend, and he was older than me. Part of me wished I had waited, but the other half was glad that he was my first.
+ What was your experience with your first real kiss? The one I think I'm going to count, was the first one between me and my boyfriend. It was dark outside, and it was Good Friday of this year. It was cold and I was standing pretty close to him. We were fixing to leave, and he gave me a hug. He lips touched mine, softly, but intensely. It was spark filled, and the moon was shining so brightly that it was just amazing.

Ello, I'm new.
I'll give a little background history.

I've kissed quite a few boys in my day. And I never really got it. What is so great about kissing?
I mean, it wasn't horrible, it was just like anything else though. If you've seen But I'm a Cheerleader..., it was strikingly similar to the beginning when she's making out with her boyfriend. I got as much excitement from kissing as I got from breathing. About two years ago, I figured something was up. It was about that time that I got a crush on a girl. And BAM, that was it. Kissing is better when there is some sexual attraction involved.
So I didn't really know what to do. By some freaky coincidence, almost all of my friends were gay or bisexual, and not only this, but the only gays and bisexuals at my school were my close friends. So I was screwed. I tried kissing/dating some of my friends, but it was just awkward. It was as exciting as kissing boys. So just a few weeks ago, I got really involved in this group for glbtq activism and support. I went to the first meeting, and there she was. Oh man. This girl was amazing. She came right up to me and said, "just to let you know, you're reeeeally cute". I just squeaked.
So we got to talking, and then flirting, and then I told her I'd call her.
I had my first date with her. We hung around and spent a good 7 hours together. We watched Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead with her sister, and her sister up and left because she was tired. So the movie ended, and she turned to me. I felt like I was in 6th grade again and I just froze. And then she just leaned in and kissed me. And I swear to god, there were fireworks. It is amazing how wonderful kissing is when you want to be there. It just seemed like a task before, but wow. Girls know how to kiss. My favorite is the really hard, urgent kisses. Passionate kisses, I guess. But it's wonderful, when you feel right and glowing and full of this wonderful warmth and you know what to do and you're just.. connected.
Mmmmm. Thank you for putting up with me.
